After our initial consultation with you which gives us a comprehensive outline of your ideas we will prepare Concept Design sketches of the proposed development to assist you in making the final decision on the finished product

PLANNING DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the size, layout and character of the home is determined and refined we will proceed with the Planning Development phase which incorporates all design features of the floor plan, elevation and site plan

BUILDING DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
After obtaining Planning Development approval for Council we will proceed with the final documentation for Building approval which includes all necessary details to enable you to present the documentation to Builders for a fixed price quotation.

ASSOCIATED SERVICES
We are able to provide all associated services through Consultants such as:

  • Soil Report & Footing design documentation
  • Roof & wall framing details
  • Energy Efficiency report
  • Obtain Building Approval through a Building Certifier
